Magic and Diana are the best! I moved to DC 3 years ago with a 12 year old beagle mix. They were highly recommended and came out to meet me and Leo. They spent a great deal of time talking to me and getting to know both of us. It was love at first sight for Leo and he can't wait to see them when they come walk him! Now at 15 he has a few more challenges with his health but I have complete trust in Magic and Diana with his care. They have such a wonderful way with animals and they are total professionals in how they run their business. I cannot speak more highly of these ladies.

We rescued our sweet girl, Andie, in February 2013. At the time, she was being fostered on a quiet farm outside of Richmond, VA alongside 20 other dogs, and few people. So bringing Andie to her new home in Washington, D.C. has been a culture shock for her; all the things that come with urban living, including cars, buses, strange noises and people, have served as a source of fear and anxiety. She’s slowly adjusting to city life, but it’s been a process. Diana and Magic have provided Andie with her mid-day walks since we first got her, and recently boarded her for several days while we were away. We are constantly impressed by their truly excellent professional services – they are both highly qualified, responsible, and caring. On a more personal level, we are grateful to them for making our nervous girl feel comfortable and safe during a difficult adjustment period. Andie loves them, and it’s touching to see how excited she gets when she sees them. Diana and Magic have gained Andie’s trust, and for us, that means the world.We can’t say enough good things about DogDotCat!

We have been using Dog dot Cat since 2007 when we got our first dog. I remember Diana coming to our house to meet us and bringing her dog resuscitation certification! Very impressive! Two years later we got a second dog and we continue to use Diana and Magic. They are responsible, trustworthy, professional, but most of all they are loving and sweet to our two babies! We never feel worried at all when we leave to go on vacation, our dogs LOVE them. I really hit pay dirt when I goggled, "pet sitters in DC" , 7 years ago! They are life savers.

My husband and I have been using Dot dot Cat for our cat sitting needs for about seven years. Diana and Magic have always made our cat's comfort, health, and safety a priority. We couldn't ask for better cat sitters! Just like picky children, our cats (used to number three, then four, now back to three) have likes and dislikes with regards to food, where they eat it, etc. Not only do Diana and Magic fix each of our cats different meals but on a number of occasions have gone above and beyond the regular duties of cat sitting.  For example, a week into our three week vacation during the summer of 2012, my husband and I got a call/email from Diana saying that one of our cats, Miss Persia (no, not a Persian), seemed to have broken her foot. Diana took her to the vet, where they x-rayed, diagnosed, and splinted her (Miss Persia's foot was indeed broken). And then, because Miss Persia had to be crated, kept Miss Persia at her own home for the remainder of our vacation, as well as taking her to the vet for splint changes while we were gone. Being at Diana's, Miss Persia was supervised, had company, and it was easier to phone Diana and "talk" to Miss Persia. After we got back, Diana also lent us her crate for the additional months that Miss Persia had to be crated. We still can't thank Dot dot Cat enough for what they did! They REALLY care about the animals they look after. Thank you Dot dot Cat!

Rudy joined our family back in 2011 when he was 10 weeks old, shortly thereafter we met Diana and Magic who we've worked with ever since. Rudy LOVES his walks, as soon as he hears the key in the door he races down the stairs to see which of his "friends" are coming out to play that day. Diana and Magic are always very accommodating with our constantly changing schedules and have never once not been able to help us out when we're in a bind. I highly recommend and have recommended Dog Dot Cat LLC to several neighbors, family and friends.
